·                   From M25 (J7) take M23

·                  As you approach roundabout coming into Brighton take the left hand lane for A27

·                   Take A27 east towards Lewes & Newhaven

·                  At  roundabout turn right onto A26 towards Newhaven

·                  Continue on this road for a couple of miles until you see a sign saying Tarring Neville,                                                   not long after this you take a left turn signposted towards Denton

·                   Go past Paradise Park on right, at next roundabout turn left onto A259 towards Seaford

·                  As you come into Seaford you will go past the station on the right, go straight over the                                                     mini roundabout, past war memorial on the left

·                  Then take 4^th turning on right into Southdown Road.  It has a red telephone box and                                                      red pillar-box on the corner, there is also a pelican crossing on the main road just after the turning.

·                   Carry on down Southdown Road, till you get to a mini roundabout, go straight over that,                                                 till you get to a T junction, then turn left

·                   Continue along the road, keeping the golf course on your right, when you get to the                                                           end follow the road round to the right (by a big tree covered roundabout), then take                                                        first left into Chyngton Way.

·                   Take first left into Lindfield Avenue, then first right into Hamsey Lane, we are the cream                                                   house at the end of the lane facing you.

Please park on the right in front of the house

If using Satellite Navigation System please use Chyngton Way and then follow the last direction above.                             This is because many systems take you to Chyngton Lane , and although close to the house there is no access  through.
